Pay range : $20 - $30/HR

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Scientist to join our Analytical Development team within a pharmaceutical environment. This role will support analytical testing, method development, and validation activities to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and a strong foundation in laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and intermediates
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and dissolution systems
• Assist in method development, validation, and transfer activities in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Analyze and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP/GLP standards
• Document experimental results in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems (e.g., LIMS)
• Support investigations (OOS/OOT) and troubleshooting of analytical methods and instrumentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and ensure a clean and compliant work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or analytical laboratory (internships/co-ops acceptable)
• Hands-on experience with at least one or more analytical techniques:
• HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Karl Fischer, Dissolution
• Basic understanding of GMP/GLP regulations
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with method validation or stability studies
• Familiarity with LIMS, Empower, or Chromeleon software
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines and FDA regulations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
