We are representing a well-established General Contractor in their search for a Project Scheduler to support commercial construction projects in El Paso, Texas. This is a permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong planning and scheduling expertise to play a key role in project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, collaborating with operations teams, and driving schedule performance from preconstruction through completion.

The Role

As Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while supporting project teams with planning, tracking, and performance insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to build accurate project timelines
• Monitor and support multiple project schedules, providing guidance to operations teams
• Perform cost and manpower loading, schedule analysis, and time impact analysis (TIA)
• Track project progress and evaluate actual vs. planned performance
• Contribute to bid schedules, proposals, and executive-level presentations
• Identify trends through reporting and data analysis
• Support process improvements, training initiatives, and scheduling standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
