Project Manager

Above the job:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new product development, product change, and commercialisation initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will drive cross-functional project execution from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through commercialization

• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Coordinate activities across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams

• Drive packaging updates, reformulations, specification changes, and product lifecycle initiatives

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure successful execution

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates to leadership

• Support regulatory submissions, validation activities, and product launch readiness efforts

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining compliance and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in a regulated industry

• Proven success leading New Product Introductions (NPI) and commercialization projects

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project priorities

• Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and project management tools

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
