ROLE SCOPE

We are seeking a Project Manager to own and drive our most critical, enterprise-level initiatives.

This is not a task-based or “check-the-box” PM role. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional operator who brings structure to ambiguity, drives alignment across the business, and takes true ownership of outcomes.

You will work across departments, including innovation, marketing, operations, and sales, to lead high-impact projects from concept through execution. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and diving into the details: building plans, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery.

• Own execution of key company priorities aligned to our OGSM framework
• Partner with cross-functional project owners to ensure progress against critical milestones
• Identify blockers early and proactively drive solutions with business leads
• Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives

• Lead end-to-end project management for 2–3 annual product launches
• Drive timelines across ideation, product development, manufacturing, and commercialization
• Partner closely with marketing on go-to-market planning and execution
• Ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders to deliver successful launches

• Support new retail expansion initiatives and key sales projects
• Own vendor setup and coordinate cross-functional readiness for launches
• Partner with operations, sales teams, and retail partners to ensure timely execution
• Track and deliver against launch timelines and key deliverables

• Own and manage weekly and monthly business rhythms across teams
• Ensure meetings are scheduled, structured, and aligned to existing cadences and templates (all built out and running) 
• Prepare and review materials, send pre-reads, and facilitate effective discussions
• Capture notes, track action items, and follow through to ensure accountability and delivery

• 3 - 4 years of experience in a project management role, ideally within CPG or beauty
• Proven ability to build and manage detailed timelines (experience with Google Sheets preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable leading across and up within an organization
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities
