About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support PMO, product, and commercial initiatives within a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how projects move from concept through execution in a regulated, customer‑focused industry.

You will partner with project managers, product managers, and cross‑functional business teams to help drive execution, maintain documentation, track progress in Jira, and support day‑to‑day project operations across documentation-heavy and commercially driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across PMO, product, and commercial workstreams, including internal process improvements and customer‑facing initiatives
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task tracking in Jira
• Assist with sprint coordination, backlog grooming, and status tracking
• Create, update, and organize ნომprehensive project documentation, including:
• Meeting notes
• Status reports and dashboards
• Process documentation and SOPs
• Risk, issue, and dependency logs
• Support PMO governance activities by following established standards, templates, and workflows
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress
• Partner with business, product, and operations teams to support commercial initiatives, launches, and enhancements
• Help prepare materials for leadership updates and stakeholder communications
• Identify risks or blockers and escalate appropriately to senior project managers

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO support, operations, or a related role
• Hands‑on experience using Jira (ticket tracking, boards, workflows, or reporting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Slides, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to FinTech, financial services, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience supporting documentation‑heavy projects or PMO functions
• Experience working alongside product or commercial business teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Interest in pursuing a PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certification
