What You'll Be Doin

gYou'll be embedded in a global HR transformation program, owning execution across data workstreams — governance, conversion, reporting, and security. Day-to-day you'll maintain integrated project plans, manage cross-workstream dependencies, track risks and issues, and keep stakeholders aligned across HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance

• .Drive delivery across data conversion, data cleanup, data archival, security roles, and reporting workstream
• sOwn the integrated project plan — timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencie
• sParticipate in data validation cycles, track data quality issues, and coordinate remediatio
• nMonitor risks, escalate blockers, and drive clear paths forwar
• dFacilitate meetings and workshops; document decisions, actions, and outcome
• sSupport data privacy and compliance requirements in partnership with Legal team

sWhat We're Looking Fo

• r2–5+ years of project management experienc
• eWorking knowledge of data management — data quality, structures, and lifecycl
• eExperience supporting data conversion, migration, or system implementatio
• nStrong stakeholder management across cross-functional team
• sProficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, or similar
• )Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environment

sBonus Point

• sExposure to Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactor
• sBackground in HR, data, or digital transformation program
• sFamiliarity with data privacy regulation
