We are building systems that allow us to scale responsibly, move quickly, and deliver consistently across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

This role is foundational to that effort.

The Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing initiatives, packaging updates, and operational priorities.

This is not a strategy role and not an administrative coordinator role.

This is a hands-on execution leadership position responsible for:

• Building structured project timelines
• Aligning cross-functional teams
• Tracking deliverables
• Preventing reactive fire drills
• Identifying bottlenecks early
• Ensuring commitments are met

You will work directly with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and third-party production partners to improve clarity, accountability, and speed-to-market.

This role is primarily onsite in Charlotte, NC, with hybrid flexibility as workflows allow.

What You’ll Own

Cross-Functional Project Execution

• Own complex project timelines end-to-end
• Identify critical path dependencies
• Align stakeholders on deliverables and expectations
• Ensure deadlines are realistic and achievable
• Track progress and enforce accountability

Product Launch & Production Coordination

• Coordinate product rollouts and packaging updates
• Align production timelines with marketing initiatives
• Work with third-party production partners
• Surface risks before they impact launch timelines

Operational Process Discipline

• Build and maintain structured project tracking systems
• Improve proactive planning across teams
• Replace redundant meetings with structured updates
• Ensure clear documentation and follow-through

Communication & Escalation

• Clarify ownership and responsibilities
• Escalate strategically when needed
• Push back when timelines are unrealistic
• Protect team bandwidth while maintaining momentum

Who You Are

You are an execution-focused operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity.

You likely have:

• 5–10+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in CPG, beverage, alcohol, or regulated goods (strongly preferred)
• Experience coordinating physical product launches or production partners
• Strong operational systems discipline

You are:

• Structured and detail-oriented
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
• Assertive but balanced
• Calm under pressure
• Proactive rather than reactive
• Comfortable working primarily onsite in a collaborative environment
