Project Manager

Company Overview: Our client has 10+ years of experience as a U.S.-based medical device company. Their product is non-invasive and strives to improve patient care and better surgical outcomes.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives within our growing medical device organization. This role will oversee projects related to both our medical device products and our patient-facing mobile application. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while collaborating with internal team members and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in managing multiple simultaneous projects, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

This position is onsite at our client’s office in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects related to the company’s medical device products and patient-facing application. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, costs and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, quality, regulatory, sales, marketing, customer experience and operations. Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure project deliverables meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations. Monitor project scope, schedule, and resources to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Provide regular reporting on project performance, timelines/milestones, costs and risks to leadership. Assist with process improvements to enhance project efficiency and scalability. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a structured environment. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or digital health environments. Familiarity with projects involving mobile applications, patient platforms, or health technology systems. Understanding of healthcare compliance or regulatory frameworks is a plus.
