IT Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Fully Remote (PST or CST preferred)

Contract Length: 12 months (potential to extend)

Start Date: Mid‑May

Compensation: $35/hour

A global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology, is seeking an IT Project Manager to support enterprise IT initiatives. This role is ideal for an early‑career to mid‑level Project Manager who is energetic, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise IT projects, driving timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, security, and automation teams
• Run project meetings, track action items, risks, and dependencies
• Work across Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban project environments
• Support initiatives related to:
• Microsoft 365 integrations (Exchange Online, Teams, messaging)
• Security automation and messaging/email security projects
• Google Cloud integrations
• M&A‑related system and technology integrations
• Ensure projects stay on track while navigating a complex, global enterprise environment

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT or Technical Project Management (Project Coordinators encouraged to apply)
• Working understanding of Microsoft 365 (deep expertise not required; training available)
• Experience supporting enterprise‑level projects
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable leading meetings
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with M&A system integrations
• Exposure to security, identity, or automation initiatives
• Active certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Six Sigma, or similar

Work Environment

• Fully remote role (PST or CST time zone preferred)
• Occasional travel to an office may be required
• Junior or new‑grad candidates open to going onsite three days per week to learn will be considered
