Project Executive

Our industry-leading commercial contractor with almost 100 years of experience is known for delivering complex, high-performance projects across multiple markets.

This project executive opportunity will be tasked with leading and growing its Mission Critical / Data Center portfolio.This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving project delivery excellence, client relationships, and business growth across complex, high-profile builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of data center / mission-critical projects
• Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong long-term relationships
• Drive business development efforts within the data center and mission-critical market
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership
• Oversee risk management, safety performance, and operational excellence across all projects
• Collaborate with internal teams including preconstruction, VDC, MEP, and field operations to ensure seamless execution
• Champion innovation, lean construction, and technology integration across projects

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in commercial construction
• REQUIRED: Extensive data center / mission-critical construction experience (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or similar)
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects and multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong background in MEP-intensive environments and critical infrastructure systems
• Experience with client development and strategic growth initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
