Project Estimator – Ground-Up Residential | Syracuse, NY | $150K–$200K

We’re partnered with a well-established General Contractor delivering ground-up residential projects across Upstate New York.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to take ownership of preconstruction and pricing across a strong pipeline of new developments.

The Role

• Lead full-cycle estimating for ground-up residential projects
• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages
• Work closely with project management, ownership, and subcontractors
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scope gaps
• Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Strong experience on ground-up residential construction
• Proven ability to handle projects from concept through GMP
• Solid understanding of the Upstate New York construction market and subcontractor base
• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoffs

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
