About the Opportunity
Careerscape is actively recruiting a Project Coordinator on behalf of a leading sales company based in Austin. This is an excellent remote opportunity for detail-oriented professionals eager to drive project success within a dynamic sales organization. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with company goals — all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000/year
Location: Remote (Company based in Austin, TX)
Responsibilities
Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Act as a liaison between the sales team and external stakeholders
Gather project requirements and align initiatives with company goals
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Organize project kickoff meetings and daily stand-ups
Track project progress and report on outcomes to leadership
Evaluate project success and provide actionable feedback for improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination within sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of sales processes and workflows
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is an advantage
