Program Manager (Hybrid PM / Scrum Master)

Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to operate in a hybrid capacity across Project Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Program Management. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects while orchestrating outcomes aligned to broader program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within a program framework to ensure alignment with overall program goals
• Plan, implement, and maintain program and project schedules from inception through delivery
• Define and communicate program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics
• Monitor program and project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
• Identify, assess, and track risks across projects and the overall program
• Drive continuous improvement across cost, performance, and delivery timelines
• Develop and manage program budgets
• Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams and stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle
• Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact program delivery

Required Experience

• Experience managing programs that include multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with Cloud programs
• Experience with PI Planning
