Title: Program Manager

Duration: ~6 Months

Responsibilities

  • Maintain 100% data integrity for all Direct Procurement costs, ensuring real-time pricing is reflected in ERP and offline tools.
  • Orchestrate the monthly Bill of Materials (BOM) cost update process, ensuring accurate forecasting for the S&OP process.
  • Analyze complex multi-level BOM structures to ensure correct cost attribution and resolve discrepancies in cost.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of advanced cost-management systems, transitioning from manual processes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking cost performance against targets for NPI and mass production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain cost management or financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with defining requirements for supply chain or financial tools.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience interpreting complex datasets.
  • Direct experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Plex) preferred.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
