We're looking for a driven Product Owner to own our platform, create documentation, and keep Sales and Support teams sharp through ongoing training.

What You'll Own

Beta Program Management

• Run the full beta lifecycle — kick-off, feedback collection, and go/no-go decisions
• Be the main contact for beta clinic partners and track milestones cross-functionally

Documentation & Content

• Write and maintain support docs, help articles, and sales enablement materials
• Ensure every new feature ships with documentation on day one

Training & Enablement

• Design and deliver ongoing training for Sales and Support — live sessions and self-serve
• Produce training videos and build a content library that grows with the product

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate product updates into actionable knowledge for Sales, Support, and beyond
• Surface customer and team friction in product planning discussions

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in a Product Owner, PM, or similar SaaS role
• Strong writer — clear, concise, audience-aware
• Comfortable on camera and facilitating live training
• Organized, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Familiar with tools like Jira, Notion, or Loom
• Bonus: healthcare tech or clinic/practice experience
