About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market businesses. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Industrials investment team, playing an integral role across the full investment lifecycle for platform investments and add-on acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute new platform investments within the Industrials sector
• Support identification, diligence, and execution of add-on acquisitions
• Build and refine investment theses, financial models, and valuation analyses
• Manage key diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisors

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in private equity and/or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure expertise
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and transaction mechanics
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
