Job Description:

The Power Platform Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages). This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to define architecture , ensure adherence to security and compliance policies, and drive adoption of scalable, reusable components. The architect also oversees solution design reviews and guides the development team in aligning with best practices, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and CoE (Center of Excellence) standards.

While this role is primarily responsible for solution architecture, the ideal candidate is hands-on and comfortable contributing directly to development when needed. This may include building or extending Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse components, and integrations - particularly for complex or high-risk areas of the solution.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps: Canvas & Model-Driven, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and environment strategy.
• Experience establishing governance and scalable ALM pipelines. (Power Platform Pipelines experience preferred)
• Hands-on background integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• 5–8+ years of experience in solution architecture, application design, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and ability to lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform licensing requirements
• Preferred: Experience using AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI to deliver intelligent automation, predictive insights, and conversational AI within Power Platform, with a focus on governance and scalable integration.
