PHP Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's customer-facing vendor portal solutions. Working closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams, you will support the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

The ideal candidate has strong PHP development experience, a passion for building scalable web applications, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain web-based vendor portal applications, including InvoiceInfo and VendorInfo customer portals.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing reports and data-driven solutions.
• Perform ongoing programming, troubleshooting, and support for portal operations.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing application code.
• Collaborate with the CTO, development team, senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new features and system improvements.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and system changes.
• Recommend and implement enhancements that improve customer experience, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company security policies and complete required security training.
• Support best practices related to coding standards, version control, application security, and system reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

• Windows Server
• Solid understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and web application architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in software development, debugging, and application support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and supporting customer portals or web-based business applications.
• Knowledge of application security best practices.
• Experience optimizing web application performance and database queries.
• Familiarity with API integrations and modern web development methodologies.
