Operations Coordinator

We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to support and help lead a growing technical service center in Lakeland. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and a clear path to Operations Manager.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who has already been in the middle of operations and is ready to step up.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and team activity

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams

• Partner with accounting on billing, contracts, and service accuracy

• Support operational performance, reporting, and process improvement

• Help drive efficiency, accountability, and team alignment

What we’re looking for:

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service coordination

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

• Comfortable working directly with field teams, technicians, or service staff

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Mechanical or technical environment experience is strongly preferred

• Someone who wants to grow into an Operations Manager role
