Base pay range
Title: Operations Clerk - 30224
Location: Remote, supporting NYC Metro area (working EST or CST hours)
Classification: W2 under Staffing Supplier
Contract Duration: April 13, 2026 – July 18, 2026
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 40 hours/week (weekend availability required)
Compensation: $26.29/hour
Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
Openings: 2 (1 bilingual in Spanish, 1 English-only)
Position Overview
A high-growth operational team supporting corporate and catering programs is seeking Operations Clerks to provide quality management and daily support. In this role, you will proactively manage fulfillment workflows, identify and address issues, and contribute to pilot business initiatives—all while engaging regularly with merchants, customers, and drivers. The team values candidates with logistics coordination or merchant/vendor operations backgrounds over traditional call center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support fulfillment and quality management processes across corporate and catering business lines.
- Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures, using and mastering internal tools and platforms.
- Proactively detect and help resolve fulfillment challenges before they escalate.
- Interact with merchants, customers, and delivery partners (Dashers) to provide solutions and ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to and support the testing and launch of new pilot programs and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in logistics coordination, vendor/merchant specialist roles, merchant support, B2B support, or similar operations roles (not call center-focused).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to adapt to changing contexts and evolving business needs.
- Experience with last-hour logistics or customer service in the delivery space preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as required for business support.
Nice to have:
- Experience using Slack.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required for one position, not for the other).
