We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to support the Array Cables scope on a major offshore wind project in the US.


📅 Duration: April 2026 – September 2026

🔁 Schedule: Rotational Shift

🛂 Eligibility: US Citizens or Permanent Residents (US flag vessel)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee offshore construction activities related to array cable installation
  • Manage PLGR (Pre-Lay Grapnel Run) operations and ensure seabed readiness
  • Coordinate with vessel crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project procedures
  • Monitor progress, troubleshoot offshore challenges, and report to project management


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Offshore Construction Manager (or similar leadership role)
  • Strong background in subsea cable installation and operations
  • Experience with PLGR campaigns is highly advantageous
  • Offshore wind or marine construction project experience
