Greene Resources is seeking a Office Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Answer and manage incoming calls (~10–15/day, light volume)
Take basic information from clients and prospects (no license required)
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
Manage front desk operations (greeting visitors, managing office flow)
Coordinate with vendors as needed
Assist with office upkeep, including stocking snacks and supplies
Position Requirements:
Strong communication and phone skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
Reliable and professional with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently in an office setting
Energetic, personable, and professional (“bubbly” personality)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with basic administrative and computer tasks
Able to work independently in a small team environment (~10 people)
