Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead the full suite of Organizational Change Management activities for an active project initiative
Assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies, adoption plans, and communications
Partner closely with project leadership, PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders to advance work already underway
Develop communication plans, training plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Facilitate change readiness assessments and plan mitigation actions
Deliver change-focused artifacts, status updates, and leadership-facing documentation
Coach business partners and leaders on change adoption and sustainment
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or similar roles
Proven success leading end-to-end OCM activities for large, complex initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience working onsite with cross-functional teams and business leaders
Ability to translate project changes into clear, actionable adoption plans
Comfort working in environments with evolving needs and multiple moving parts
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience delivering change initiatives in corporate, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Familiarity with change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or custom frameworks
Prior work within large enterprise environments or global organizations
Education & Certifications You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
PROSCI or equivalent change management certification preferred but not required

Competitive Compensation – $84–$94 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
