Role Description The Music Manager will oversee the day-to-day business and operational aspects of Rauf & Faik’s career in a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include coordinating releases, managing schedules, organizing studio sessions, and supporting live performance logistics. The role involves handling contracts and negotiations with labels, distributors, and partners, as well as overseeing music licensing opportunities for film, TV, advertising, and digital platforms. The Music Manager will collaborate closely with the artists and external teams on music supervision needs, branding, marketing strategies, and production timelines. This position requires ongoing communication with agents, promoters, publishers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with the duo’s creative vision.
