Overview
The Media Supervisor reports to the Associate Director and supervises a team of Senior Associates and Associates. The Media Supervisor develops digital strategies and coordinates media plans for our client's products and/or services. They will work closely with the media and analytics team to maintain quality control of the media campaigns in market and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals. The Media Supervisor is key to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can be a mentor to junior planners, a leader within the agency, and a partner with our clients.

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $120,159. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 4/30/26.

Responsibilities
- Support the Associate Director in developing and executing digital media strategies, translating marketing objectives into actionable, channel-level plans
- Manage the day-to-day execution of media campaigns across channels (display, mobile, video, paid search), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and performance alignment
- Lead and mentor Associates and Planners by delegating work, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting skill development in media planning and buying best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Ad Operations, Creative) and partner agencies to ensure cohesive strategy and seamless campaign execution
- Serve as a key client contact for day-to-day communications, providing updates, managing requests, and building strong working relationships
- Analyze campaign performance and develop reporting deliverables, including insights and optimization recommendations to improve results
- Assist in the development and presentation of media plans and POVs, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and supporting details
- Manage and track client budgets across multiple tactics, ensuring efficient allocation and alignment with campaign goals
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners and publishers to support execution and identify new opportunities
- Apply research tools, data, and industry trends to inform planning, uncover insights, and enhance media effectiveness
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, identifying improvements, and supporting continuous learning
- Effectively manage multiple workstreams and priorities across brands while maintaining attention to detail and quality of output
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- 4-6 years of digital media planning experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize projects for self and team
- Excellent understanding of media fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability in training and leadership skills
- Provides an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the planning function
