We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an in-person, full-time position for an experienced professional who can balance marketing execution with operational and administrative support in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

This role combines marketing, content creation, communication with vendors, podcast guests and speaking agency as well as office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Development- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, podcast, webinar, and digital platforms
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Edit and produce video content for social media, podcasts, webinars, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
- Monitor campaign, AD spend performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist with event, and speaking engagement promotion as well as paid digital community
- Maintain and update CRM systems and contact databases
- Manage lead tracking and vendor/ partner communication workflows
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
- Assist with marketing automation and email marketing initiatives
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service to partners
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Maintain executive and team calendars
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
- Complete regularly scheduled reports and administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems and records
- Minimum 2+ years of professional marketing experience as a full time employee
- Strong experience with social media management and content creation
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
- Video creation and editing experience required (Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, marketing automation and AI tools
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and website content management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience promoting podcasts, webinars, or educational content
- Experience working with executives or leadership teams
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Familiar with M&A and financial analytics
- Real estate and B2B marketing
- Ad management and ad spend
- Building digital paid communities
- Creating and coordinating online and in person events
- Highly organized and dependable
- Self-starter who takes initiative without constant supervision
- Creative thinker with strong execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Professional, polished, and client-focused
- Passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed
This is an experienced professional role. We are seeking candidates who can contribute immediately and take ownership of projects from day one.
This is not an internship or entry-level position.
