An overview of what we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience writing engaging content and executing across formats and brand voices
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience scheduling and managing social media content across multiple platforms
• Someone who sees the difference between marketing that sticks and marketing that gets ignored — and cares about being on the right side of that line

Role details:

• Full-time preferred, open to part-time
• Primarily in-office in Bismarck, ND with hybrid flexibility up to 50% once fully trained
• Compensation based on experience
