Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RFQs/RFPs/SOQs from development through submission
  • Support interviews and presentation materials
  • Manage marketing content across proposals, website, and social media
  • Represent the firm at local events and networking opportunities
  • Coordinate PR, project photography, and marketing collateral
  • Track opportunities and support CRM/business development efforts

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong RFQ/proposal experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment
