Today, Violet Foods operates a diversified portfolio spanning legacy regional brands and category-leading organic offerings, with distribution across retail, natural, private label, and foodservice channels, supported by a scalable manufacturing and supply chain footprint positioned for continued growth and optimization.


Role Overview:

The Marketing Associate will support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities that drive brand awareness, product visibility, and sales support across the Violet Foods portfolio. This is a hands-on execution role focused on coordinating marketing materials, supporting product launches, managing content updates, and assisting with digital and trade marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. This role works closely with the Marketing team as well as Sales, R&D, Operations, and external agencies to help bring marketing initiatives to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of marketing initiatives across retail, trade, and digital channels
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Help organize, update, and distribute marketing assets across internal teams and partners
  • Assist with coordination of new product launches, including timelines, sample tracking, and asset organization
  • Support development and updates of product messaging and marketing materials
  • Help gather and organize post-launch performance information and basic reporting
  • Assist with website content updates, product page maintenance, and digital asset organization
  • Support scheduling and posting of social media content in coordination with internal teams and agencies
  • Help pull basic performance data from digital platforms and compile reporting summaries
  • Create and maintain basic sales support materials such as sell sheets, product one-pagers, and presentations
  • Support preparation of trade show materials, samples, and event logistics
  • Assist with retail and distributor marketing material requests
  • Track marketing tasks, timelines, and deliverables to support on-time execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to help move projects forward
  • Maintain organized files, asset libraries, and version control for marketing materials


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in CPG, ideally within food or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of core marketing channels, including digital, retail, and eCommerce/DTC
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with exposure to developing consumer-focused marketing content and campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
