We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analyst to support our Marketing
organization and enable data-driven decision making across the CMO’s leadership team. This role
will serve as a key partner to Marketing Strategy & Operations and Demand Generation,
delivering insights that improve marketing performance, pipeline generation, and overall go-to-
market effectiveness.
You will be responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights across the full
marketing funnel—from top-of-funnel awareness through pipeline creation. This includes
analyzing campaign performance, evaluating prospecting effectiveness, and identifying
opportunities to optimize marketing investments and drive growth. This role requires a balance
of deep analytical rigor, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights
effectively to senior stakeholders. You will also leverage modern analytics tools, including AI-
enabled capabilities, to accelerate speed to insight and improve decision-making across the
marketing organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Insights
- Conduct in-depth analyses across the marketing funnel, including upper funnel
- Analyze marketing programs (e.g., digital campaigns, events, ABM, content) to evaluate
- Develop insights on lead quality, prospecting strategies, and funnel progression to
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing
- Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions around
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate analysis, uncover insights faster,
and improve reporting efficiency.
Executive & Stakeholder Support
- Support and partner with Marketing Strategy & Operations, Demand Generation, and
insights.
- Support the development of clear, executive-ready insights and narratives that highlight
- Support leadership with ongoing analysis of marketing performance, including proactive
Business Rhythm & Performance Reporting
- Support core marketing operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) with
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive presentations by
- Monitor pipeline creation and marketing contribution to revenue, ensuring alignment
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure consistency in funnel definitions, attribution,
Optimization & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing measurement, attribution models, and
- Recommend and implement scalable analytics solutions that enhance visibility into
- Partner with data and analytics teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and self-
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to ensure a holistic view of
- Collaborate with analytics, data science and data engineering teams to source, validate,
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing stakeholders, helping shape strategy through data.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related role,

- Marketing Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics,

- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools

- Business Acumen: Ability to connect marketing performance metrics to broader business
