We strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to CHANEL.

About The Role

The Open Innovation team is a future-forward innovation ecosystem for CHANEL. Operating at the intersection of the organization and the wider world, we envision the road ahead for luxury and for CHANEL, fast-tracking potential responses through our network of investments and partnerships. We pressure-test these ideas both inside and outside CHANEL, enabling the House to create positive impact from leading-edge learnings and capabilities and to prepare its businesses for the future.

The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Innovation brings Open Innovation initiatives to market through integrated go-to-market strategies, compelling storytelling, and coordinated campaign execution. Partnering closely with the Open Innovation team and cross-functional stakeholders, this role leads launch planning, oversees marketing asset development, and drives engagement across the lifecycle of innovation initiatives.

What Impact You Can Create At Chanel

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Create, manage, and continuously optimize a holistic marketing calendar for Open Innovation initiatives, ensuring all launches and campaigns are strategically planned and executed
  • Own post-launch momentum: ideate and execute strategies to drive engagement and traffic throughout the cycle, then lead preparation for the next round of launches
  • GTM plans are aligned with business objectives, integrating feedback and learnings from prior cycles

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Innovation

  • Help develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all channels: earned, social, paid, and owned
  • Pilot and experiment with new and emerging marketing platforms or formats (e.g., Generative Engine Optimization)

Asset Creation & Production

  • Lead the end-to-end process for creating marketing assets: draft and review copy, brief and collaborate with designers, manage printers and digital vendors, and coordinate distribution for both physical and digital materials
  • Lead the production of training materials and toolkits to enable seamless rollout of new concepts.
  • Foster a “test and learn” culture with assets by piloting new asset formats, messaging, and physical/digital hybrids to drive engagement and learning

Vendor & Project Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing partners
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all responsible initiatives
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and cross-functional coordination to bring experiences to life
  • Evaluate ongoing agency scope—identify opportunities to bring more capabilities in-house to increase agility and speed

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Optimization

  • Own analytics and reporting for all marketing activities
  • Partner with data teams to define KPIs, measure performance, and extract actionable insights from every experiment launch
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative results into clear recommendations, sharing learnings and best practices across the Open Innovation team

YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY

  • Deeply understanding the luxury client journey, from the moment a client walks through the door to the feeling they carry with them long after, and letting that understanding drive every marketing decision
  • Bringing structure and clarity to complex projects, ensuring initiatives move from concept to launch with precision and momentum
  • Operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where experimentation, iteration, and learning are encouraged

  • Collaborating across teams and disciplines to bring innovative concepts to life
  • Using data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve performance and inform future initiatives

What You Will Bring To The Team
