  • Own the pipeline generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels
  • Design and optimize multi-touch outbound prospecting cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and improve inbound lead qualification and routing processes
  • Coach and develop team members through call reviews, performance management, and pipeline coaching
  • Utilize Gong insights to improve messaging, discovery, and meeting conversion
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and reporting for pipeline visibility
  • Implement and leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to expand targeted prospecting
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for SDRs and BDRs
  • Partner with marketing, partnerships, and sales leadership to align pipeline generation with revenue goals
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale outbound programs that drive new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience
  • 1–2 years of sales leadership or team management experience
  • Experience managing or coaching SDR, BDR, or junior AE teams
  • Strong experience building outbound prospecting strategies and cadences
  • Proficiency with Salesforce administration and reporting
  • Experience using Gong for call analysis and coaching
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on pipeline metrics and performance management
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills

What Success Looks Like

  • Building a predictable pipeline generation engine for the sales organization
  • Scaling SDR and outbound team performance
  • Improving inbound lead conversion and speed-to-lead
  • Increasing qualified meetings and pipeline coverage for account executives
  • Developing high-performing sales development talent
