Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Paul, MN. This on-site role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential properties. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, addressing maintenance requests, and collaborating with the property management team to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Candidates will play a vital role in maintaining an environment that meets the highest standards of comfort and quality for our residents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair tasks.
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certification or formal training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to adhere to the company's safety standards and protocols.
