What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a Logistics Manager, Robotics to own final mile distribution for Robotaxi and Optimus Robot across North America. This role drives efficient deployment of goods into the market through close coordination with internal logistics teams, requiring strong leadership in dynamic, startup-like environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end final mile logistics for Robotaxi and Optimus, including route optimization, carrier selection, and on-time delivery to achieve ETA accuracy
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal logistics leadership, and key stakeholders to forecast, plan, and execute volume deployments, resolving bottlenecks in real-time
  • Collaborate with team members in several markets across North America for Robotaxi/Optimus deployments
  • Effectively monitor KPIs, and report trends to senior leadership weekly
  • Identify and mitigate risks in warehousing and distribution workflows, implementing process improvements for scalability in ambiguous settings
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to align priorities and drive performance metrics, ensuring seamless market entry for new robotics products


    • What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in logistics, with preference for remote team management
  • Proven track record in warehousing, distribution, or similar operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self starter with comfort in ambiguous, high growth environments
  • Familiarity with logistics software/tools (e.g., ERP systems, data visualization platforms)
