I'm working with an American data analytics company, looking to add a Learning & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support their team!

Key Responsibilities:
The Learning & Marketing Operations Coordinator supports operational execution across Learning and Marketing functions. This operations specialist role focuses on reporting, project time reconciliation, CMS administration, and marketing event coordination.
Compile and maintain recurring learning reports (revenue tracking, program metrics, survey results)
Perform project time reconciliation in OpenAir to ensure accurate reporting and billing alignment
Coordinate logistics and planning for marketing events (internal and external)
Track event deliverables, timelines, and vendor coordination
Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks for recurring reporting
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or reporting support
Experience working in a client learning and/or marketing operations role
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; familiarity with data organization)
Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to assist with reporting and summaries
Experience with time tracking systems (e.g., OpenAir)
Experience working with a CMS
Experience supporting event logistics
