The Change Manager leads enterprise-wide organizational change efforts to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with executives, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess change impacts, define strategy, and drive readiness across the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Change Manager designs and executes comprehensive change and communication plans that enable alignment, engagement, and sustained behavior change—particularly within fast-moving, Agile environments.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Partnering with executive sponsors and business leaders to align on change vision, objectives, and success criteria
Assessing organizational, process, and people impacts of enterprise initiatives
Developing and executing integrated change management strategies, including communication, readiness, and adoption plans
Establishing change governance, stakeholder alignment models, and escalation paths
Creating compelling executive and employee communications that translate strategy into clear, actionable messaging
Driving field enablement through readiness activities, change champion networks, training reinforcement, and feedback loops
Defining and tracking change metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness
Providing data-driven insights and reporting to inform leadership decisions and course corrections
Embedding change practices into Agile delivery models and enterprise transformation efforts
The ideal candidate
Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale, enterprise initiatives
Strong ability to influence, persuade, and build trust with executives, senior leaders, and frontline teams
Highly data-driven and pragmatic, with experience using metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact
Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex change narratives
Comfort operating in Agile and iterative environments alongside product, technology, and business teams
Experience designing and executing change governance, stakeholder engagement, and readiness strategies
Skilled at facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities
Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
