Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst & Program Manager who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions while overseeing the successful delivery of complex programs. The ideal candidate will support business analysis initiatives, manage cross functional programs, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, program governance, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable execution plans. This person will have roadmap to grow in the role of Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Support requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for large-scale business and technology initiatives.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business objectives and challenges.

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and user stories.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and technical teams.

• Lead product/solution roll out across different verticals and departments.

Program Management

• Manage multiple related projects within a program, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.

• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, or Consulting roles.

• Must Have - Previous 6+year’s experience in global consulting/services firms operating in Global delivery model

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in Healthcare industry will be valuable.

The role offers a very attractive compensation (Base + Bonus). The candidate should be willing to have overlapping hours with India based offshore team. Candidates should have necessary work authorizations for the US.
