L2 Support Engineer (Field / Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer to provide both remote technical support and on-site services for our managed services clients.

This role is ideal for a technician who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and communicating directly with clients across both Microsoft and Apple environments.

You will manage tickets from diagnosis through resolution and support a variety of small to mid-sized business environments.

• Provide remote and on-site technical support
• Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices
• Troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
• Assist with networking issues (DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless)
• Configure and deploy Windows and Mac workstations
• Support line-of-business applications
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members
• Document all work thoroughly

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenants
• Working knowledge of:
• Active Directory / Group Policy
• DNS / DHCP
• TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• Ability to travel locally for on-site client support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• MSP or multi-client environment experience
• Apple Business Manager / MDM experience
• Firewall experience (SonicWall, Fortinet, etc.)
• Backup and disaster recovery familiarity
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, etc.)

• $28/hour (~$58,240 annually)
