This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building strategic partnerships, uncovering opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative label solutions that help customers succeed.


What You’ll Do 

As a Key Account Manager you will develop relationships with fresh food manufacturers, processors, growers, and retailers while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the territory.  A typical week may involve the following: 


  • Meeting with fresh food manufacturers, growers, and retailers to understand their labeling and merchandising needs
  • Identifying and developing new account opportunities within the territory
  • Preparing and presenting proposals that clearly communicate Yerecic Label’s value
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and prospects through purposeful business engagement
  • Working with sales coordination and graphic design teams to initiate projects, supporting customer communication and project execution
  • Attending industry conferences and trade association meetings to expand relationships within the fresh food market
  • Updating weekly and quarterly sales reports and participating in quarterly sales meetings
  • Traveling within the territory, including up to 40% overnight travel and occasional weekends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Agriculture or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food or packaging industry
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and build trust with clients
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage diverse accounts effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, including some weekends, to meet client needs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
