Junior level System Administrator/ Support Analyst

Systems Administrators or Networking with MS experience.

Cleveland, Ohio

East side suburbs

Direct Hire/Salaried position - Up to 70K

This is an on-site position

This position requires that the person is currently living in, or moving back to, NE Ohio.

US Citizen or current Green Card holders only can be considered.

Required:

-Local to NE Ohio

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience managing system administration with amix of Cisco networking and system infrastructure within Microsoft environment.
• Working tickets for Tier1, 2 and escalation to proper colleagues for higher level incidents
• Strong internal business communication
• Must have VMWare hands on experience (or similar virtualization
• Must have hands on experience troubleshooting Cisco routers/switches
• Configuration from scratch is best, but from templates will do just fine.

Nice to have:

• ERP support experience ( ex. Netsuite, IFS, Dynamics etc.)
• Windows server hands on professional experience
• Knowledge of router and switches and the ability to learn configuration
• VMWare, virtualization, and on premises administration
