The engineering team is growing from 8 to 20 engineers this year, and you'll join a TypeScript focused organisation building AI powered products used by customers every day.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with founders, help shape technical decisions, and build products from idea to production while the company enters its next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
Build and ship TypeScript product features end to end
Design scalable backend and frontend systems
Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges
Make technical trade off decisions aligned with business goals
Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience
Contribute across multiple AI-powered product lines
Collaborate closely with founders and engineering leadership
What You'll Bring:
Strong experience building production software with TypeScript
Full stack engineering experience across modern web applications
Clear problem solving and technical decision making skills
Ability to balance engineering quality with business outcomes
