Agility Partners is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support our enterprise client's AI Lab, a fast-moving, high-visibility team driving innovation across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a junior professional early in their career—someone with a strong academic foundation (Computer Science or related degree preferred) and either standout internships or 1–2 years of post-graduate experience—who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow.


Reporting directly to a Senior Director, this individual will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI initiatives and enterprise-scale operations.


This is a hands-on, high-impact coordination role for someone who thrives in organized chaos, brings strong follow-through, and has a genuinely hungry, proactive mindset.


Key Responsibilities


Project & Administrative Support

• Coordinate and schedule meetings across senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting notes, and track action items

• Maintain project documentation and updates across Jira, Monday.com, and Confluence

• Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational dashboards

• Enter and manage project updates and notes within ServiceNow

• Support day-to-day operations for the AI Lab, ensuring projects stay organized and on track

• Demonstrate fluency with modern AI tools and workflows; quickly adopt new tools as they are introduced

• Assist in compiling materials, presentations, and content for quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings

• Partner with stakeholders across technology, product, and operations

• Support new menu process initiatives and logistics, where capability and bandwidth allow

• Serve as a connective tissue between teams—ensuring clarity, follow-through, and momentum


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

or equivalent practical experience

• Strong internship experience or 1–2 years of professional experience post-graduation

• Hands-on experience with or exposure to:

® Jira

® Monday.com (Confluence stack experience strongly preferred)

® Spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets)

® ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)

® Exceptional organizational, note-taking, and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working with senior leaders and navigating ambiguity
