ClientVitals is a 85% feature-complete fintech platform that transforms how Lenders manage credit rejections. While the industry average rejection rate hovers at 21%, ClientVitals provides a "Path to Yes." We have merged sophisticated AI/Machine Learning with bespoke human consulting to create a "FICO-Native" rehabilitation engine. Unlike "Credit Karma-style" platforms that use Vantage scores, ClientVitals speaks the actual language of 90% of US Banks. We have validated the tech, secured initial expressions of interest from regional Credit Unions, and are now ready to scale.

The Role: Joint Founder & CEO

We are seeking a seasoned Operator-CEO to join as a late-stage Joint Founder. This is not a "job"—it is a partnership for a leader who wants to own the roadmap, lead the institutional fundraise, and scale a high-impact fintech firm from Vermont to the national stage. The role is full-time.

Your Mandate:

  • Cap-Table & Capital: Invest personal "skin-in-the-game" capital to finalize the UI/UX and bridge the company to a Seed/Series A round.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Transform "Technical Bones" into a market-ready B2B2C powerhouse.
  • Ecosystem Leadership: Manage the integration with Tier-2 Lenders and New England Credit Unions.
  • Team Governance: Expertly manage the transition from a "founder-led" technical shop to a high-performance, professional organization.
The Ideal Profile:
  • The Track Record: You have successfully scaled at least one B2B or Fintech venture from Seed to Exit/Series B.
  • The Fundraiser: You have a "Rolodex" of New England and National VCs and a proven ability to close rounds.
  • The Diplomat: You possess high emotional intelligence to manage teams and different kinds of people, while maintaining a relentless focus on the North Star.
  • The Local: Ideally based in Vermont or New England; someone who understands the "Work Hard, Live Well" culture of the Green Mountains.
