Job Description
You Will Be
The Brand Experience & Marketing Intern supports the retail operations and marketing teams by bringing our brand story to life directly within the store environment. This internship is designed for marketing, fashion merchandising, business, or communications students who want to develop hands-on skills in experiential marketing, consumer behavior, event activation, and retail leadership.
Instead of just promoting products, you will focus on the entire customer journey—ensuring that every touchpoint in our retail stores creates a memorable, premium experience that drives brand loyalty and consumer engagement.
You Will Do
Visual Merchandising Support: Partner with the creative team to ensure in-store signage, product displays, and marketing collateral align with current brand campaigns and seasonal launches
Campaign Execution: Assist in launching in-store marketing initiatives, tracking their performance, and gathering feedback on how customers interact with the displays
Content Generation: Capture authentic, store-level social media content and behind-the-scenes moments to support regional and corporate digital marketing efforts.
Event Activation & Retail Operations
Event Planning: Assist in organizing, promoting, and executing in-store events, trunk shows, VIP client activations, and community partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside store managers and sales associates to ensure the team is fully briefed on current marketing promotions and brand initiatives.
Workflow & Data Tracking: Utilize internal retail systems to track foot traffic, event attendance, and the overall impact of marketing activations on store sales.
Leadership & Professional Development
Retail Leadership: Learn the business mechanics of how experiential marketing directly drives retail revenue, customer retention, and brand equity.
Final Capstone Project: Partner with store management to design and pitch an innovative marketing activation or experience strategy aimed at increasing local customer engagement.
You Will Bring
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Retail/Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Creative & Strategic Thinker: A strong eye for design, store aesthetics, and a deep interest in consumer trends and behavior.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with customers and store leadership.
Energetic & Outgoing: A passion for customer service, high-touch luxury retail, and building community connections.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage event logistics and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
