Interior Architect (3–8 Years Experience)

Location: New York City, NY

Schedule: 4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote

We are representing a highly respected, design-forward architecture and interiors firm based in New York City that is actively seeking a talented Interior Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 3–8 years of experience who is looking to deepen their involvement across all phases of the design and construction process while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design development efforts, translating conceptual ideas into thoughtful, buildable interior solutions
• Produce high-quality construction documentation with a strong emphasis on detailing and coordination
• Participate in and support construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with consultants and contractors
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through execution
• Utilize Revit as a primary tool for documentation and project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
• 3–8 years of professional experience in interior architecture or architecture, preferably within a design-focused firm
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment
