Role Summary

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage cloud-based deployments for Ramco’s Aviation platform. This role will work closely with product, support, and customer teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) for aviation clients
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Handle database administration tasks (backup, restore, performance tuning)
• Develop and maintain reports (operational, performance, client-facing)
• Support deployments, upgrades, and environment configurations
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with product and support teams for continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure/cloud engineering
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Strong working knowledge of databases (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL)
• Experience in report writing tools (SQL reporting, Power BI, or similar)
• Understanding of system monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
• Exposure to CI/CD or deployment pipelines is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field
• US Citizen (mandatory)

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS/product environments
• Exposure to aviation / MRO / ERP systems
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
