Information Technology Manager

Position Profile:

Based in Warrenville, the IT Manager will oversee and maintain the company's information technology infrastructure. Typical responsibilities include user environment maintenance, managing IT-related projects, remediating network vulnerabilities, and working closely with the firm’s portfolio companies to enhance cybersecurity. The firm’s dynamic and entrepreneurial culture requires independent motivation, teamwork, sound business judgment, and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain hardware and third-party hosted servers and applications, MFA, VoiP system, MS Office365/Outlook & Azure, Network Security/Intrusion Detection and Firewalls

• Assume oversight responsibility for third-party managed service provider (MSP)

• Experience working with ERP Systems, preferably Infor SyteLine or Plex

• Provide end-user support for employees

• Maintain Backup and recovery of critical systems

• Review, document and update IT policies and procedures

• Perform technical due diligence in support of the firm’s investment activities

• Occasional travel, including international travel, may be required

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

• 6+ years’ experience in technical support or equivalent role

• Professional services firm experience preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing support needs
