Information Technology Manager

This is a part-time remote role for an Information Technology (IT) Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems, and implement technology solutions to align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, leading IT projects, and identifying opportunities for technological enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and system performance monitoring
• Proficiency in cybersecurity, data protection protocols, and compliance standards
• Experience in IT project management, including implementation of new technologies and systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for timely resolution of technical issues
• Knowledge of software development and integration processes (optional but beneficial)
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate across departments
• Ability to work autonomously and flexibly within a remote work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the digital marketing industry is an advantage
