Position Overview
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Social Media & Influencer, the Influencer Senior Manager will work cross-functionally to lead and scale our influencer programs, driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. This role will play a key part in shaping influencer strategy across campaigns, launches, and always-on initiatives, while ensuring seamless execution across a growing number of workstreams. This candidate has strong experience in influencer marketing, is a natural relationship builder, and brings a high level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail. They are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead the Ambassador and Influencer Programs across campaigns and always-on initiatives
Manage and mentor the Influencer Coordinator, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight
Partner cross-functionally with PR, retail, marketing, paid media, and social teams to support influencer needs across key business moments
Attend events to host partners and strengthen relationships within the influencer community
Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously, ensuring strong prioritization and consistent delivery against deadlines
Manage and evolve the ambassador program and roster of macro, mid-tier, and micro influencer partners
Lead creator sourcing, vetting, and relationship management, building a strong and diverse network of talent
Develop and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships with creators and talent teams
Serve as a key point of contact for influencer partnerships, ensuring clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to manage content requests featuring ambassador partners across campaigns and initiatives
Develop and lead influencer briefing frameworks, creating clear, strategic briefs that support high-quality, on-brand content and efficient execution
Review content deliverables and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Communicate updates and changes across internal teams and external partners
Track contracts, usage rights, and deliverables, ensuring all assets are properly documented and shared
Organize regular program reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Support alignment with international partners by sharing updates on strategy, seeding efforts, and results
Lead large-scale influencer seeding initiatives, managing expanded creator lists and ensuring seamless execution across high-volume sends
Oversee influencer collective, identifying new talent and maintaining an active, engaged creator network
Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers through consistent communication and outreach
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative mailers aligned with brand priorities and launches
Ensure all materials sent to partners are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all influencer sends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5–7+ years of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or related experience
Strong understanding of and passion for the beauty industry
Proven experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiations, and campaigns at scale
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and represent the team with a high level of professionalism
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred
Driven self-starter able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Beauty experience required
