We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1/2 support to our diverse customer base. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely via phone and email while ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/2 remote support, troubleshooting technical issues for clients.
Manage and resolve alerts from IT systems and monitoring dashboards.
Support and maintain Microsoft ecosystems, Office 365, On-premises solutions, and Azure.
Assist with network setup, including firewalls, switches, and servers.
Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of our tech stack.
Skills Required
Experience in IT support with expertise in Microsoft environments.
Familiarity with network infrastructure(firewalls, switches, servers).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
